Kirsty was admitted to practice in 2000. After practising in her home jurisdiction of Scotland, Kirsty moved to Sydney where she practised at a top-tier firm before working as in-house counsel for a global accountancy firm. She joined the Independent Bar and Howard Zelling Chambers in 2014.
Kirsty predominantly practises in all aspects of industrial and employment law She is a member of the South Australian Bar Association, the Australian Labour Law Association and the Industrial Relations Society of South Australia.
