Patrick was admitted to practice in 2004. He joined the Independent Bar and Howard Zelling Chambers in 2014. Patrick now practices predominantly from State Chambers in Sydney.
Prior to coming to the Bar, Patrick practised at a variety of top-tier firms in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and overseas. He predominately practises in all aspects of work health and safety law at a national level, industrial and employment law, insurance litigation (including aviation law and workers’ compensation).
Patrick has a national practice and accepts briefs from all jurisdictions around Australia.
Patrick regularly presents to particular interest groups on areas topical to his practice.
